Great shop for rentals. Owner set us up with everything we needed for a day trip to old Quebec. Even kept an eye on our car. Beware the hill coming back up to the shop, it's a beast!

Je déconseille ce magasin. On m’a littéralement balancé des bottes en essai à mes pieds, et le vendeur (le propriétaire) n’avait clairement pas envie de me conseiller. Impolitesse, impatience et manque de tact. Je ne suis pas une cliente difficile et je comprends que c’est une période achalandée, mais pourtant, ça fait partie de leur travail de guider nos choix.. Ça m’a enlevé le goût de dépenser dans leur boutique..

Poor service and attitude, unpleasant experience. The reason for my first visit was for a tune-up. In the days that followed, I had to go to the store twice because my brakes were not working well. I was told that everything was in order, the man at the reception (the owner?) Even taking me down to the basement to explain to me with the technicians and chuckling that the shop was "the best in the region". There was, however, a minor problem, since a technician noticed that the cables were incorrectly installed and that a brake was "stuck". If a technical error can be excusable, the difficult and condescending attitude of the gentleman who received me is certainly not. The impression I get from this shop is that the quality of the service rhymes with the anticipated profit or the value of your bike. I felt like a second-rate customer because my bike was not very valuable.
