Service hors pair !!!!
Lack of professionalism, and attaches no importance to meetings.
Today I had an appointment at 9 am for a tire change, but I did not have my chance until 10:30 am. Really regrettable! The icing on the cake when I went to assert my rights, they were in the tabernacle.
I do not recommend this place.
I'm here to give my opinion here because the Center Auto Québec Plus is the best garage I've seen in a long time !!
I went today because yesterday I had a funny sound in a wheel. I stopped in a big garage and was told the brakes were finished!
I met owner Olivier who looked at my wheel and just pushed back a metal plate that was rubbing on my wheel and everything was fine, at a cost of $ 0. The other garage was giving me an estimate of $ 900!
The owner Olivier of the Center Auto Québec Plus is honest and it shows in his speech and when he speaks to us, he looks in the eyes and not on the ground, he is frank and honest !!!
