First time that I take the trouble to write a bad review in my life but now I am really very disappointed. I bought my Patriot Jeep on site in April 2020, supposedly in good condition, with the seller telling me it's a godsend. I, not very familiar with the cause (young woman in her early twenties), accept, happy to have my first car. Several major problems arose during the month following the purchase. I went back 2 times during the one month guarantee they gave me, but I had to insist that they dig to find the problem because they "couldn't see anything there". When I called them a week after the end of my warranty, they asked me what I had done to "scrap" my car, avoiding any liability. (This time my car had let me down. on the road. Apparently it was a problem with the battery. They told me all the same that it was super good and that they did not understand .... it turns out that the said battery had been installed with screws hardware store. Yes yes, the ones you use to put shelves around the house.) I want to argue that I still paid close to $ 5,000 for the car so I wasn't expecting all these problems. I still decided to turn the page and do business with another garage. (They were the ones who discovered the battery problem. They told me it was really obvious) After not much money spent to resolve the problems that have arisen, time flies, fine. Until it's time to change my summer tires for winter ones. (When they sold me the car it was on winter tires. They told me they were still in good condition but I would have to buy them summer tires because we were in April already.) PIS THERE. Tuesday, October 27, 2020 I go to my garage to have the tires they mounted sold with the car replaced. My mechanic tells me they are finished. Like really finished. Like spending a winter with would probably kill me. Bottom line ...... I should have done business with better people. That will teach me!
