I had the pleasure of doing business with Troy the owner Very calculative and yet humble gentleman. Will definitely recommend this location and checking out their lightweight road bikes.

Dropped by in the off chance I could have my bike looked at in the next few days. We were treated very politely. They took it right in and called an hour later to say it was done. Front wheel was rubbing, they corrected it and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

This bike shop is 10/10. Expertise, service, great coffee, and always excellent vibes. Wouldn't spend my time anywhere else. The owners Scott, Bill, and Troy will always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and supported. Any time I've had an issue the lads servicing my bikes have gone above and beyond to get me back in the saddle. Top drawer bike shop! Amazing service, knowledgeable employees, none of the typical snobbery sometimes expected from shops with nice stuff. I’m new to town and have dropped by a few times for little things and every time have had an excellent experience, I will be back! Simply as good as it gets !

Update: I was contacted by staff and offered some consolation. I purchased a bike elsewhere but I received a sincere apology, which is very appreciated. Just make sure to always put a cash deposit. Even if the person on the phone tells you that you don’t need to. Waited a week to pick up a bike. Called to confirm it was ready and was told it would be waiting for me. Two hours later, I arrived and was told it had been sold. I was offered zero explanation or consolation. Bad business.
