Broad Street Cycles

Went there for a service consult because my front derailleur was having issues. The staff were friendly very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I am a very shy person and sometimes find it hard to have people listen to me but the staff were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be going there again! 10/10 recommend.

Best shop in town. There’s something to be said about a personalized shopping experience, and most shops can’t offer that like Broad St does. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and after shopping around a bunch, it became apparent that they are the best people to buy a high quality bike (plus accessories) from in Victoria.

Can't say enough good things about the staff and expertise at Broad Street. While buying my first road bike they provided me with a ton of useful information and ensured I had a comfortable and fun experience. Thank you guys!

After checking out 2 other bike shops looking to buy a bike, I have to say, Broad street cycles and their team know what they are doing. Renny and Parker are two of the most professional and knowledgeable guys I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They know what they are talking about and have exceptional customer services skills. I can easily say that I will be a lifelong customer of Broad street cycles!!!
