Tyson, Dylan and the rest of the team were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Even during this very busy time they were able to answer all of my questions, and my new bike was built and ready to pick up that same day. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with and I can't recommend coming here enough for all your bike need. Thanks guys!

Tyson, Dylan, and the rest of the team have been servicing my gravel and mountain bikes since the first day they opened. All of the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer any of your questions. Service times, even during incredibly busy periods, are fast, and the work is top notch. I'm happy to call Giant Victoria my local bike shop, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for bike servicing, or to purchase a new bike.

I just wanted write about the great experience I had dealing with the Giant Victoria store yesterday. So, in the spirit of Happy Friday and giving credit to your staff, here we go. It started off early with an e-mail to the store inquiring about a bike for my wife. TBH, I sent out an e-mail to several different bike shops to widen my search and save time. Dylan Phye was one of the first to respond (in about an hour), give me details on stock and price, and also info on store hours. The quick response, along with a good product for the money, made my decision of where to purchase and easier one to make. I ended up working with Finn (sp) when I arrived later that afternoon, and he was very personable and easy to work with. Dylan also went out of his way to say hello while I was there. I was in and out in 20 minutes and didn’t feel rushed at all. Also, the COVID-19 precautions you have in place are also very welcome! I know the bike is on the lower end of sales for your store, yet I wanted you to know it’s sometimes just the quick response to an e-mail that helps land a sale. When I’m in the market to upgrade my ride cyclocross, GIANT will definitely be on my list of places to go first. And BTW, my wife loves the 2021 Escape 2 City Disc and rode for 15 km last night when she saw the bike, and then again early this morning for another 20! Thanks again, Darin Jess

Just purchased an awesome gravel bike from here and the service was amazing. I got some accessories as well and they installed them with no hassle. My girlfriend also had the same experience purchasing her Liv bike here. Great place and good service!
