Russell Books

A few days ago I visited Russel Books for the first time! The nice gentleman working at the customer service counter helped me order a book to get shipped to the store. He was very kind and helpful. It is a sensitive time right now during the pandemic and it was really nice to feel welcome and comfortable while shopping here! Thanks for making my experience an enjoyable one!

I found three books here that I didn't know were even available. I do a lot of research, so it was nice to find a bookstore with so much selection. The look of the store is really interesting. It's large. We liked the feel of it so much that we ended up staying for 30 minutes. We can't wait to go back.

I LOVE these guys! I live in Ontario and this is the place I turn to for my hard to find, out of print graphic novels. They usually have everything I'm looking for and for a VERY reasonable price. They don't price gouge like everyone else for the rare, out of print books either which is amazing. And shipping is very quick! Free if you spend over $50. Which, let's be honest, it's hard not to with the great selection they have. Being so far away, I haven't been in the store personally, but whenever I have a question through email, it is responded to promptly and very courteously. I have absolutely nothing bad to say and I hope these guys are around for a long time to come.

Great selection! Huge previously owned or discounted books section, especially the cooking/baking and kids’ sections. Great gift book selection and fun mystery “wrapped” books with awesome descriptions. Fun, active staff. Massive lower level. Could’ve spent hours there!

Haven't been there yet, but am writing from St. Thomas, ON. I ordered online and had great service. I especially appreciated the free delivery over $50. Quick responses to inquiries and they sourced what I wanted with competitive prices. Fully endorse and recommend them. Will buy again.
