MINI Victoria

My Mini Cooper had engine trouble, I dropped it off at Mini Victoria. A few days later, they called me and said the engine was a complete write off. They quoted me 10k for the replacement (more than the cars value). I was shocked at the cost and called around. I found a garage that specialized in BMWs and could (and did) do the replacement at half the quoted price. The mechanic at that shop asked Mini Victoria why they quoted me such a huge amount and they said it was so I would come in and buy a new car from them. Not only that, when I found out they quoted me 10k to replace the engine and I told them it was too high, they still billed me $200 for looking at it. Fast forward a couple months and I got a letter, call and text about a mini sale. It is surprising they have the tenacity to reach out to me and ask for my business after such a poor customer experience. I understand the sales and service team are not the same employees. However, eventually their business model will have you coming in for service at their dealership, so be aware! Every time you spend money at a business, it's a vote for what companies flourish and what companies do not survive. Please think very carefully about what business you want to support when dealing with your vehicle.

In October I purchased my second MINI with the help of Ruben at MINI Victoria. It was a wonderful experience and choosing my new car was easy and fun. It was hard to say goodbye to my first MINI that I drove for 15 years but I have already fallen in love with my new one and look forward to it being in our family for years to come! Charles is a five star employee who is very knowledgeable and seems to enjoy his job. He is friendly and goes the 9 yards to settle the deal. We felt very comfortable dealing with him and the BMW staff.

We bought our 2003 Mini Cooper S from Mini Victoria 14 years ago and they have always looked after us well. Our car continues to run well. Highly recommended.
