I went to renew my car insurance on Oct 21st at 9am in the morning and was pleased to find there was only one person ahead of me. I was greeted by a very pleasant young man who assured me I will be taken care of very quickly. In a matter of minutes a black haired young girl escorted me to her desk situated in the middle of the office. In a matter of minutes of brief conversation she established , in my opinion, as one of the rudest and unfriendly agents I have ever encountered. Her condescending manner and limited explanations only underlined her "sparkling " personality. One question was answered with...AS I said before!!...as she rolled her eyes in disgust. At this point, I certainly did not want to ask any more questions. All I wanted , as a customer, to be treated in a professional manner with respect and courtesy. I am positive I had not done anything to aggravate her, and sat there wondering what set her off, or how she developed such a caustic attitude. I have been a customer at this location for the last 4 years ,.... NEVER again!

I was on the hunt for tenant insurance. I tried several different online sites that offered the "best prices". Out of curiosity I decided to get a quote while shopping at Tillicum mall. Their quote was 30% cheaper while offering better coverage. I immediately purchased the policy. Additionally while I was there, the agent asked who I used for my auto insurance. When I said I had all my coverage (liability, collision, and emergency roadside) through ICBC, I managed to get a policy through Western Coast that cover everything above the basic ICBC liability. While saving $38/month, I now have a policy with better coverage and lower deductibles. The only thing I'm upset with is that I didn't discover this coverage years prior. I'm sending all my friends and family this way! Thanks again to the brokers at Western Coast Insurance!

After being given the run around for the last 4 months from ICBC and various other insurance agents, I finally got some answers and assistance from the wonderful Debbie at Western Coast in Tillicum centre. She was patient, understanding and worked with me, calling around to get the answers I needed so I did not have to leave frustrated and disappointed yet again. Forever grateful for people like her

Open your offices to walk in clients! Banks and grocery stores are open on either side! Totally unacceptable.
