They tried to keep social distancing, also sanitizing after every customer, however, the presenter could be even more professional!

Stood outside for 30 mins not one person greeted me. Almost every person acknowledged me standing there waiting.. my mom has passed away and am waiting to cancel insurance and they have people standing around chit chatting. No one seems to be working at any kind of pace.. and not one person has even offered me a coffee or a water or given me a wait time. Worst service I have ever seen whoever is in charge should be here to see how horrible there service is I cannot believe it.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from a dealership that used HUB insurance. I was surprised to see how busy our agent (Rowen) was! She managed help us with our insurance needs while her pager (which i haven't seen in years!) continued to distract her. Kudos to Rowen for managing to give us a great experience on such a hectic day. Thanks again!
