After dealing with Megson FitzPatrick for 8 years, customer loyalty doesnt mean much to this brokerage. Since their merge they have lacked the ability to actually go understand our business with more than 6 account executives changing through out the years, its a nightmare to explain to every new account executive what our companies do. When you dont understand a business you simply explain it wrong and get a completely wrong quote cause you are simply a broker. We are moving all our business to HUB insurance and they really gave us the time to understand what we want. Good luck on the future of your company.

Very competent and professional. Since they act as a broker, they find the best deal for you. Contrast that with an insurance chain that tries to fit you to their products.

Recently got in touch with Jeremy @ Megson FitzPatrick over an issue involving liability and a nanny share. He and the team we able to get us sorted in a very quick manor without issue. Great experience and highly recommend them!
