I recently decided to go forward with commercial insurance after urging and education around benefits from Jesse in the Fort street office. I was very pleased how seamless and quick the process was. The final result left me with a set of custom coverages that are completely applicable to all of my commercial needs. I didn't feel pressured into coverages that were unnecessary or like I was being pushed a product at any point. The experience was exactly how I feel insurance should be - a representation of a tool that is used to advance and protect yourself, your home, your automobile or your business. Expectations are always exceeded during my experiences with Jesse and staff. I'd also like to note I did make a claim on vacation insurance through the cooperators in 2015 and was extremely impressed with how it was handled. Five stars. Keep up the good work everyone.
