Terrible company! While most other insurance companies have moved to online claims, this company wants you to fill out forms and submit receipts, and mail it in. Obviously to discourage you from filing a claim.

Terrible Service Calls most of the time cannot go through when dialed. When they do go through, you would have to wait for 30 minutes then give up out of frustration. When you finally get hold of someone and discuss some claims, you realize later on that only half of the things discussed were processed.

Terrible service calls been on hold for at-least 1 hour

Horrible company - I think they still use one giant computer they share and carrier pigeons. I would give zero stars if it were possble
