I renewed my car insurance today over the phone (since we're in quarantine) and Scott made it extremely easy. I e-mailed them at 1:46pm and by 1:49pm got a phone response. Very thankful to have such an upbeat & positive experience while we're living in this stressful time. Great job Western Coast Insurance!
