Jacob was extremely helpful! Thanks to a friend of mine recommending getting in contact with him, I ended up saving money to be much closer to what I paid for insurance last year (ICBC increased my rate for no reason). As a student, this helps a lot! I appreciate him answering all of my questions, especially since I was unaware of the option of private insurance in BC. Thank you again!

I've been dealing with Harbord for many years now and am extremely happy with their attentive service and knowledge. One year I received quotes from other agencies (just to check) and Harbord still had the best prices for my home and auto insurance. Nicci Simon is the person I always deal with. She's very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. Even more so now during these crazy COVID times when I needed to change my current insurance. I'd highly recommend Nicci at the Cloverdale office.
