Hideously aggressive with adding coverage I do not want for my commercial building policy, driving up costs unnecessarily. Never had any success speaking to an actual person. Will be changing to a more reasonable insurer when current policy expires. It will be worth not having to deal with such an exasperating approach to business, even if it costs double.

I needed fleet insurance late in the day on a Saturday. Not something a lot of insurance places know how to do. Susan was a great help and made the process stress free.

I left a message including my Customer #, phone number and request 4 days ago and have not heard back from this company. My insurance is now due today, and I was asking why my premium has jumped 20% this year. The coverage has not changed.

Worst experience trying to get a quote Spent all the time and effort to get a quote And 2 months later we Still don’t have one !
