Went to buy a pair of shoes for my son. Countless staff just wandered by the shoe section, not even looking at browsing customers or asking if any of us needed assistance. I finally had to stop random staff who did get the shoes we asked for. But if I hadn't have stopped anyone we never would have been able to buy anything. And none of the staff looked like they were busy or in a hurry to get anywhere. Would be really nice if management taught some basic customer service skill to their staff.

I used to go to this store regular basis to buy different things for running. They have the same inventory every time I go there. I find nothing to buy, just look around and leave. But thing is the security approaches every time if I take time to look around. Don't go there if you don't want to be treated like a potential thief. Go to Langley or Vancouver, they have much more selections and feel free to look around and choose what you want.

Clean, organized and great staff. Stock was low but that's to be excepted near the end of a huge sale. Staff was super helpful helping get what I needed ordered online, with free shipping!

Went there to try to find some running shoes. It was hard to find any staff to try on shoes. Other people from the men's shoe side also seemed like they were looking for help. When I finally tracked someone down to ask about one type, she said they didn't have any in my size and then basically walked away. I wanted to ask about other styles but she walked away before I could even ask about them. She didn't say anything about being busy, which I would have understood, it just seemed like she didn't care. I decided to purchase shoes elsewhere.

Store was a mess. Low supplies. Staff didn't say anything wondering around the store.
