This is the second time I have visited this dealership for a service on a work vehicle. Both times they were not ready at the time of my appointment. Also both times the shuttle was going to be over an hour wait. The first time I waited 30 minutes before they told me that. The second time I left. I understand that the shuttle can only take 1 at a time but then maybe talk to your waiting customers?
