Fraserway RV Abbotsford

Customer service is excellent UNTIL after the sale. Our class C RV purchased in July 2020 has been in for service since October due to faulty workmanship by Thor Motor Coach. It should be under warranty but we cannot get a straight answer from their service dept as to when the floor will be repaired. Update: The unit has now been repaired to our satisfaction and the service rep offered to personally deliver a replacement cushion for the upper bunk.

Not impressed at all!!! We have been trying to get someone from the Abbotsford location to contact us via email now for over a week with regards to some questions we had on awning replacement quotes and painting quotes. This is our 3rd time trying to use their "CONTACT US" option with no response. We also tried to set up an appointment for service (using the set up service option) on the website with no response. We've also had some poor service in the parts department. We inquired about a part their immediate response was "no it doesn't come in that size in all my 20+ years of working I've never seen that". We even gave them a copy of the original RV spec drawings where it did show that it came in the size we inquired about... we were told he would pass it along to another co-worker who specialized in special orders... we then waited and waited and they didn't contact us "We had to follow up with them rather than them call us back" to find out that their response was no such part exists. We then just googled the size of part we wanted , found it and had it shipped right to our door in 3 days and didn't cost us an arm and a leg. So if I had to give the place a review...I'd say people at the cashier in parts are super friendly and eager to help... the one's behind the counters not so much. Guess we'll start looking at other places that can help out with our painting and awning concerns.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my first RV from Brandon Rowley at Fraserway in Abbotsford. He went above and beyond to educate me on a bunch of different travel trailers and provided detailed pros and cons of each, which allowed me to make an educated decision when selecting the right unit for me and my family. He was extremely personable and awesome with my kids- it was overall an amazing experience. On top of that, he got me a great deal. Great staff! David Phung (sales) always attentive... never pushy. And Shannon in finance - so good in finding what works for you! Good selection of rigs to browse.

We bought our first travel trailer from these folks. After shopping around and having negative experiences in other RV places these people treated us GREAT! Angie was our sales lady and without hesitation I would highly recommend her. Shannon helped us with financing and she was great and super personable. The gentlemen who did the walk thru, was so knowledgeable and gave so many helpful tips! We drove away feeling confident and no regrets at all! Thanks for the kickass service!
