the Bike Zone

Took my road bike in for a gear adjustment as it wasn't shifting very well. Cables underneath the bottom bracket were very loose. Got the bike home and gave the chain a good cleaning and lube. Went out for a ride. The gear adjustment was perfect. I literally could not hear the drive train as I 'm riding along. Bike Zone did an excellent job and only charged me $15 and change for the gear adjustment. Will definitely be back.

I took my bike in for a tune up and safety check. The Bike Zone did a fabulous job - it's like I am riding a brand new bike. They were professional, took time to give me a courtesy call regarding some issues they ran into, they were very knowledge and the turn around time for repairs was excellent. I am very impressed with their customer service and quality of work.

My ex-wife went to the "new" location in S. Surrey yesterday to have a chain fixed and tune up done on my son's bicycle. I say "new" because this place used to be in Fleetwood and has since moved. I recommended her to go there because I used to bring my bike to the "old" location for repairs...and purchased a new bike there as well. The dude at the "new" location basically refused to fix it because it was a "Supercycle" and I guess...in today's world...or his, wasn't "worthy" of fixing. So sorry, Bike Zone, but if you didn't notice, there's a virus going around...550,000 people layed off in BC...so yeah, some of us don't have 1000 +bucks to spend on a new sparkling Cannondale. That kind of customer service should have a -10 rating...and that's generous.

Took my son's bike in for a tune up and new rear tire. They got it fixed up and ready to go at the time they said they would. We had an issue with the tire and they got it fixed that day and he was able to be at bike camp the next morning. Thanks for the understanding and help guys, much appreciated.

Great staff. They are working so hard to get out as many repairs as quickly as possible. During this pandemic, everyone wants to get outside and ride their bikes. The repair department is working very hard to meet the demand. That being said, with very simple repairs, they are trying to get in and out of the shop ASAP. I went in for a chain replacement, and when I picked up my bike I was pleasantly surprised to see a well lubed new chain. That’s not all, they also adjusted my brakes for me. BRAVO.... A brake Adjustment is a small thing but demonstrates a desire to help their customers. When they get more bikes in stock, I will definitely be back to get an upgraded bike for my son.
