My review is for this store only as I have had better shopping experiences at other Black Bond locations. Poor poor poor customer service. The manager was dismissive and obtuse. Rather than try to resolve an issue with an order placed online to pick up at this location I was told 'let's not go there'. Lets not go where? To a place where you treat people respectfully and get return customers? I can only recommend that you choose a different Black Bond or another independent bookseller.
I have shopped two times here in the last week and will never return because of one salesperson. I brought my two yr old son with me both times and wore a mask and sanitized my hands upon entry. The saleswoman (who did not wear a mask) acted as if I should not have let my child touch a single item. He had picked up a beach ball and one toy that was sitting on the children's table. Both times I went it seemed that this woman was fearful of little children superspreaders, a myth that has been proven false.
Good selection and price. If they do not have it on shelf they order it to the store.
You can pick them up in about a week
Very nice bookstore, helpful staff.
Love this store. Its always clean and has a great selection of new and discounted books. The staff are very helpful as well.
