White Rock VW

We had a great experience at White Rock VW. A special thank you to Moe, the sales person who helped us. We had a small budget to finance and he patiently showed us all alternatives we had within our budget. He is very knowledgeable, answered all questions without being pushy. The finance team and reception were also great and the process to get approved was simple and fast. I definitely recommend this place if you want to buy a new or used car!

I have to say I am very disappointed. Doesn't worth booking an appointment as they do not honour their time frames. I had appointment for repairs on Tuesday 12:00pm. Until 2pm they didn't got my vehicle in as they were busy. Then I was told that they will take it in later that evening so I had to leave it there. Around 4pm they called and told me that they had a look at it but they will look further into the issue the next day (Wednesday) and that someone will call me the next morning. No-one did, I called them though early that morning to express some of my suggestions/concerns. They said we will look at it and try to find a solution. I called them around 4pm that day. What they said was that they didn't look at it as I did not have appointment. -That was it obviously, these people don't know what they are talking about. It seems that they are to busy to pay attention and honour what they say. Also I've noticed that they where not paying attention to what I told them either. I had to mention 5 times in total, to 3 different people what's the issues in order to be written down properly. Finally they did a small job (fixed one of the issues) but without taking permeation first. So for replacing 2 fog light bulbs basically I paid $80 (I could replace them my self If I had the diagnosis result) plus an other $70 for giving it that quick look the first day = $150. Anyway, the time management part was the most triggering. At least they are polite and cleaned nicely the car as well. No-one called me to apologize about the situation of-course. 2 Days later, the lightindicator for burned light bulb was on again. So not even that was fixed. Useless.

Very positive experience from this dealership. Moe was able to make the whole sales process very easy and smooth. There was never any pressure to make a decision right away to purchase the vehicle. Will definitely purchase from here again.
