We have been clients of Johnston Meier for several years now. We have always received excellent advice and guidance from our go to girl, Trish. This was never more evident than when our condo was destroyed by fire in May 2016. Our coverage was excellent, so we did not have to worry about that. Trish was even present when we arrived at the designated evacuation Center. She went above and beyond, supplying information and support at a really stressful time. During the two years it took for the rebuild, we were in constant contact with Trish. She continued to advise and guide us through the process. We recently renewed our home insurance. Again, she advised and researched a provider that saved us several hundred dollars a year, while offering excellent coverage. I would highly recommend Johnston Meier for all of your insurance needs. Called to renew our auto insurance over the phone as we are avoiding going to places we don’t have to, due to COVID-19. I had renewed my own auto insurance months ago over the phone with out issue picking up my papers and decal contactless. My spouse called to do the same and the person who answered the phone questioned how he would be able to pick up his decal if he wasn’t going to come in. And she said well it will only take 5 minutes so you might as well come in and hung up before he could explain that we were hoping for a contactless experience. Was very disappointed by the service and that they weren’t willing to listen or accommodate us. Will no longer be giving them my business.
