I called in for some questions about my insurance. A person named Marie picked up. The call ended with her hanging up on me. She was beyond rude. I specifically asked her if I could get a quote from her before I came in. She said absolutely, we could do that. I said whenever you're ready, I can give you my number. She goes why would I want that? I told her isn't that how you would find out about my quote because I'm an existing client. She tells me she can't do that because of ICBC policy which is fine. As I was trying to ask her something else, she cuts me off and says will have to call me back because she's with clients. I mention to her, why would she pick up if she can't help me with my questions. She then just hung up on me. Worst customer service. Marie didn't even listen to what I asked her in the first place about getting the quote and gave me so much attitude. Honestly, if you're with clients who are in front of you, you shouldn't be answering phone calls in the first place because the clients in front of you deserve your full attention. And if you are answering phone calls, the clients should be treated with care.
