I was very unimpressed with the woman I spoke with in person while attempting to renew my vehicle insurance. My many questions and concerns were answered with "I don't know" or "I'm not sure", which left me with an uneasy feeling and caused me to leave and seek assistance with another company. I have/had no confidence in the agent making the correct changes to my insurance so I would be covered for all of my driving needs. I would not recommend this location for any insurance renewals or new insurance needs as someone with (clearly) limited knowledge should not be doing this line of work if they "do not know".

Knowledgeable manager that knows the insurance product. The office hours are M-F, 9:00-5:30, Saturday, 10-4. I love this company because they do their own undereriting, meaning they can pass more savings onto the customer. The staff that I talk to are absolutely excellent and I have used the word "trust" at our meeting today, at my renewal.
