Monica was very professional, personable and efficient when I recently dealt with my home contents insurance. Excellent customer service!
My wife got hit with a big ticket, cause of my error, and had to get the car re-insured nearby. With me being the owner of the vehicle we had to do everything online while they were there. Monica was a big help to make the process go smoothly, and not only that, but she helped me look at the ticket in a different way, which made total sense, and we kinda just brushed it off.
