A monopoly that uses its singular power to gouge customers, especially young people. Time for BC to overhaul it, or scrap it and allow competing insurers.

Really great and friendly staff. Easy to access and served right away the 3 times I have visited.

Stood in line for almost 2 hours. Not happy the slightest

Weren’t keen on helping me in the slightest, felt very unwelcome and rushed. Was there on a Friday and was told I had a debt, they knocked off the interest for me and told me I had 30 days to pay before it gets re added. Went back on a wednesday to pay some of the debt and the interest was suddenly back. That’s 5 days not 30. The lady did not help what so ever and did not attempt to either. Horrible customer service.

BC desperately needs to drop this manopoly on insurance. Having zero competition allows ICBC and affiliates to take advantage of people. greasy rates and horrible service. Half the staff are nice human beings. the other half are cold dead robots with a vendetta against the living, working and struggling.
