I get how terrible ICBC is for car insurance and them having a monopoly in BC. This place is just the worst to deal with for car insurance. The insurance agents here are always trying to make more on commission by getting you to buy more collision, comprehensive and 3rd party liability. Lady I dealt with literally scowled when I said I didn't want comprehensive. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

It felt like the lady was being rude to me,I just wanted insurance,but since it was 4 o clock she refused,even tho they close at 5 o clock.Not to happy,guess I'll just use the other insurance place instead....
