Worst craftmanship I have ever seen. Does not follow cec or ul standards. I have pictures to prove it. Electrical not done to code. Ducting was taped no screws used not insulated. Many more things were scabby.

If your only going to live in it for a couple months before the duct tape holding everything together falls off it would be alight

It’s been a couple months since we had our new home delivered and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. We were able to custom from start to finish. Ram and his crew took personal pride in their workmanship to make sure we as customers ended up with what we were expecting. I would recommend Modulux Design to anyone who is thinking of building a park model.

DO NOT buy anything from Modulux Design Ltd!!! Ram Gopal and Scott Racine are the most unprofessional people my wife and I have ever dealt with. They have taken $165,000.00 cash from us and delivered late a park model full of extensive damage. Feel free to contact us anytime for details, such as...major cracks in walls, torn floors, wrong interior design, damaged appliances, windows not working, paint not done etc. (pictures can be provided). They have been paid in full and refuse to repair any of the above mentioned damage!!! We are currently in the process of dealing with this company legally and via social media to give WARNING!!!
