I went in to renew my insurance yesterday. I normally go to the office in Winfield but it was convenient to stop in. I am unsure of her name, but the lady with dark brunette hair that I spoke with instantly looked at my ring when I mentioned my fiance, I felt like she didn't believe me or something. She reiterated 3 times about how no one else is allowed to drive my vehicle. She came across as interrogating, like she assumed I have let my fiance drive my vehicle just because he is my partner. The third time I responded simply and firmly with "I'm aware" because maybe acknowledging that I understood how it works the first time was not good enough but then I felt I had to defend myself and admit that I would not even trust my own family to drive my vehicle seeing the way they drive their own. I was polite about it but it was not appreciated. I will continue to go to the Winfield office after my experience here.

Rude as hell. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from this branch and others in the Okanagan area. Highly suggest you go elsewhere.
