Off The Edge Bike Shop

Not going to write a long winded review, I rarely review but when I get five star service I think it deserves a shout out. I am not the most technically minded guy, so going through the decision making process and ultimately buying a relatively expensive piece of equipment can sometimes be a stressful experience... But not at Off the Edge Bike Shop! The two most important things customers get from Gary are patience, and down-to-earth frank and honest advice. The whole experience made me feel comfortable and confident.

In my opinion there are two types of bike stores... the type that are a little elitist and look down upon anyone who doesn't share their knowledge of bikes and biking. The second is the shop that is just happy to see everyone biking. Off the Edge is the second version. They are also doing their best work to ensure that service continues through the entire Covid situation. Always love going in as Gary always seems really happy to see you. Great local bike shop.

really helpful, nice guys but Garry is definitely sales and pushing you up the price chain fast and $40 for a 5 minute replace a tube is extreme (and they didn't even pump my front tire)

I was there just the other day for a bike rental and the owner and staff were super helpful. Very friendly environment. The owner suggested a few trails that were awesome. I highly recommend coming to this shop if you're in Sechelt or close to it. The prices are also great!

From a new ebike to a kickstand, or bike rental, he and his crew are there to get you out on the trails. A very knowledgeable and supportive bike shop, that keep you smiling on your bike.
