Coast living is neighborly and that's the best way of describing my experience with Madison and Luke. It was like buying from a neighbor. This was my first Mazda purchase (having been a old-volvo enthusiast for over 20 years - so it's been a bit of a transition for me buying a "modern" car - 2016). Madison and Luke made the whole process very easy. I felt they had my best interests at heart. They were genuinely accommodating and it was a delight working with them to make my purchase a reality. And . . . I'm enjoying my new car!

The whole South Coast Ford team did a great job from start to finish. I came in looking for a 2020 Ranger Lariat and ended up with a 2019 Ranger Lariat at a discounted price. Many thanks to Morley Cruikshank who tracked down the vehicle I wanted in Vancouver. After delivery, he patiently explained the details of all the technology that is needed to operate the vehicle. Lois Hornung finalized the details of the transaction and Luke explained all the details of the warranties. Everyone was professional and personable.
