Great service and pricing from our sales rep. The only issue with the transaction was how long it took to make contact with the finance manager. Otherwise I thought they were honest and upfront and accommodating. Compared to some other dealerships that tried to sneak extra fees in, Sunshine coast GM gave us a true out the door price with no "car salesmen" slime imbued into everything they said or did.

Jamie and Deanna were amazing to deal with. They made the sale/purchase process quick and easy and went above and beyond when my wife and I found ourselves in a pinch when our other vehicle had mechanical issued. We had a great experience purchasing our new truck from Sunshine Coast GM. We dealt with Nick Wort, and we were very pleased. Initially, we dealt with Nick over phone/texts/emails (received a video introducing himself as well as a video showing us, in detail, the truck we were interested in purchasing). He answered all our questions, provided us with the final purchase amount (including the trade-in value for our 2013 truck), all this without us having to go anywhere. We decided to take the day and go to the Sunshine Coast (we live in North Vancouver) to meet Nick in person and finalize the sale (although the option to have it delivered was available to us). When we arrived, everything was in order and went smoothly. Nick is a very nice, engaging person, there was no sales pressure in our initial contact regarding the truck, he was very knowledgeable (if he didn’t have the answer, he found it for us). The additional staff we were in contact with were also very nice, knowledgeable people (Patrick, the Manager and Deanna, the Finance Manager). Picked up our 2021 Colorado today and start to finish had a great experience dealing with Jamie in sales and Deanna in finance. Everything went very smoothly and according to plan from bringing the truck in for a test drive to driving it out the door. Thanks for the worry free experience.
