I found my broker to be most helpful and accommodating when my mobile home was written off from a flood due to frozen pipes several years ago. i received adequate funds to rebuild my home , so it could be lived in and sold at a later date. Thank you Sechelt Insurance! I forgot the name of the very helpful broker though... I also, more recently had a good experience with insuring my home with this company.
