Always friendly. Always super prompt service. Following all protocols without being condescending, or patronizing. Altogether a great place to go, when needed.

A newly renovated office with great staff. Very spacious. In this Pandemic situation also the Office is well maintained. Only 3 People are allowed Inside now and Rest have Can Sit Outside by Maintaining Social Distance and Can Go Inside One after One. Good Job Guys, Keep Maintaining.

Have had bad experiences at other HUB locations but it was very smooth and the lady was very helpful and friendly. Something is going to need to be figured out when winter comes though. Maybe go back to by appointment? It wasn’t bad today but I often go by and there are a lot of people waiting outside.

Lady was supposed to get back to us re insurance. It was important. She never did. I phoned. She had left on holidays. Someone else had to take care of it. We all make mistakes but I would think she would keep notes.

I have had spotty experiences here in the past but the last 2 times have been worse than usual. When they moved to the mall they were closed (understandably) because of COVID-19. When they opened again they were only doing appointments ( again very understandable). When I went to read the info they had outside their doors, just out of curiosity and so I know what to do, I see they have a sign.. " We are aware you are here, please do NOT bang on door or rattle door handle (etc.)". I wish I took a picture. Super unprofessional. While im reading this I glance inside and 3 of the ladies working inside were glaring at me ( I didn't knock or anything I was just reading the signage). A week or so later I called and had to call 3 times throughout the week to get ahold of someone. I couldn't leave a message because their answering machine was full. I was asking when the kiosk for skill testing to get a learner's license for a motercycle would be open, if there is a way to do it online. The women who I talked to just said " Nope no motorcycle for you this year!" When I again asked if there was a way to do it on the computer or something she hung up on me! 3 weeks or so later.. I call and and leave a message again asking when I might be able to do the skill test. I get a voicemail from them asking me to call back, I do and no one picks up and their mail box is full (again). I call the next day and leave a voicemail saying that I received a voicemail asking me to call them back.. never heard anything back, that was about 2 weeks ago now. I don't understand why she couldn't have just told me over the voicemail if it is open again or not. I am aware that getting a motorcycle license isn't "essential" but most businesses are open now ( and have been for awhile). I work in the service industry, I understand it is stressful, I don't think there is an excuse to treat people like this. Edit: I see the head office has responded.. Before they did I went in and the lady working gave me the business card with the number of ICBC to book a knowledge test. I had to call 5 times and leave a message each time, theytthey called back and asked me to call them back (no one ever answered), forcing me to leave ANOTHER voicemail. 3 times I left a message specifically asking for them to leave me the instructions (date/time/location) on my voicemail, until someone finally told me my appointment on my voicemail. I think I'm a pretty laid back person, I completely understand that it is crazy times right now, but this is the most stressful experience of trying to make an appointment in my life. My appointment isn't until July 20th, because they are only doing 3 knowledge tests a day, which are only 45 minutes each. I get it, trying to be safe, but it's a bit excessive. I see 300+ people at my job a day and they can't fit in more than 3 knowledge tests a day.
