Very disappointing price and service. I bought a pump to inflate my tires for $ 96 ... yes yes $ 96. When I asked the seller that I was looking for a pump, he immediately took the most expensive object without asking my opinion and he went to the cashier (pay and get your hell out of it as soon as possible). Best of all is the fact that it doesn't work and it isn't refundable. I was considering buying a double suspension bike from you next summer, but I'll go elsewhere period.

Very disappointing service. I took my bike to the store earlier this week to have the rear derailleur adjusted. When I go back to pick it up a few days later, there was a big surprise on the bill! New chain and lots of other adjustments that I DIDN'T ask for and do NOT need given the way I use my bike. In the end $ 170 (which is still 25% of the value of my bike) when I just wanted to have the derailleur adjusted ... next time I'll go elsewhere

RIDICULOUS customer service 0. I go to the store to buy a replacement bicycle tire listed at 35.99, (the friendly girl) we go to the checkout the older lady takes the price tag off to try to get me sell it at 45.99. It's just $ 10, I agree, but we're trying to steal his customers. It was the LAST TIME that my girlfriend and I set foot in this place. The only employees who deserve a 5/5 are the two young people, the rest is rubbish

Very poor service with repairing my bike and this is not the first time I have come back after having had a repair done. I have been to see them 3 times for the same problem and still not fixed! My brakes still make as much noise and my crankset squeals as much as before. After 3 times, I went elsewhere. I went to Service Vélo Ski in Lévis and after only 1 time, everything was fixed!

I have never had such bad service ... the person refused to let me look at the item I came to buy before arriving at the checkout (I had to insist to have it in hand) and didn't even advise me properly on the size I needed. Conclusion: bad size purchased, no smile and double the price than in other stores. I will never go back ...
