I put a star because the Zero option does not exist. After sales service does not exist in this company. They are super nice when buying, but then it's "don't call us, we won't do anything for you". The seller sold a full price trailer with only one year of arrears and he did not tell us at all about the hidden defects (not the right slider, (2 feet too small) bad seal for the slider and air conditioning that loose after not even a year and therefore, as a result, the water is flowing in the trailer). After only 5 years of use, the entire floor must be redone and there is no guarantee.

Honestly, we have had great service in terms of both sales and after-sales service, with both a new and a used unit. It's when you go elsewhere that you see that you really realize that Roulotte Gagnon is really excellent with their customer service. Thank you!!

Very nice service both for sales and finances! There are many explanations for the operation when taking possession of the trailer (close to 2:30 am). They explain to us the frequent problems that we can have and when we have them we call them and the appointment is made quickly to resolve the situation. I recommend Roulottes Gagnon!
