BE CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING, take the time to read our review! POSITIVE: Excellent Sales Consultant (Mr. Seewaldt) who knows his products and identifies our needs very quickly, all with politeness and courtesy, no pressure! 150% for Mr. Seewaldt! From the outset Mr. Seewaldt explains to us that it is not he who makes the prices but his boss, the Sales Director. Extremely fast vehicle delivery the next day, which suited our needs. NEGATIVE: You will NEVER get the all-inclusive price quoted by Kia Canada. We pay $ 588 more than the mentioned price (note that on the Kia Joliette site the vehicle is cheaper than the one displayed by Kia Canada!). The original price was $ 1260 higher !!! We have no options on the vehicle and have refused any promotion. Also note that according to Kia Canada: '' The dealership can charge administration fees of up to $ 499 if applicable. '' The reason given was precisely that of '' dealership fees '' ... 89 $ too much. We contacted Kia Canada who informed us that a representative would contact us; 2 days later no news. Poor Mr. Seewaldt kept apologizing that their system was not up to date with the new Kia Canada promotion for September (it's September 3rd!) And that the Sales Manager can't decrease any further. lower than the famous final price. Between us, an employee does not have to apologize for the mistakes of his boss, it is still not Mr. Seewaldt's fault that their system is not up to date and the boss wants to 'load' more expensive than the price announced by Kia Canada! In addition, the car was delivered to us with a fairly ordinary wash thank you and once re-washed at home, we realized that there are 2 minor scratches but still visible on the spoiler '' black at the bottom of the front bumper. They make you sign the form that the car is perfect BEFORE they deliver it to you ... The vehicle is outside and waiting for you, it's easy to get carried away by the excitement of the moment. I admit I personally lacked concentration, I work in a related field ... By the time to realize it at home it is too late, we drove a few kilometers and the form is signed anyway ... It's a NEW car that we paid too much for, we would have liked it to be perfect for at least the first day of its life! It's also quite ordinary that the lady at the delivery looks at her watch while my wife reads the many forms to be signed ... It's normal to read, it's just an expense of almost $ 25,000. In the end, we bought the coveted car there because the other dealers are too far away. OUR ADVICE IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE CHOICE TO GO ELSEWHERE: 1- Ask Mr. Steewaldt, this is the only moment you will appreciate during your purchasing process. Note that he does not decide the price of the vehicle, it is the mysterious invisible man 'Sales Director' who decides everything. This is also my first purchase of a new vehicle where the said Director does not come to thank us for doing business with him. 2- Arrive with a copy of Kia Canada's all-inclusive price and try, perhaps with more luck than us, to get the suggested price. 3- Examine your car very closely BEFORE SIGNING THE SATISFACTION FORM.
