Since I was interested in an item sold by the company, I contacted them to ask a few questions. I let them know what I was looking for and requested a few more photos than the ones posted for sale of the product. They confirmed to me that everything was in compliance with the condition and conditions requested and I was appointed not to want to waste time with it. As I was unable to see the article immediately, I was asked to deposit a deposit in order to reserve it until my visit. It was never mentioned that the deposit was non-refundable or that charges would be incurred in the event that I did not purchase the product in the end. The item was available and did not require any special orders. As soon as my decision was made, a call was immediately made to advise that I would not be taking the product. I was informed that my deposit would be refunded the next day, which was not the case. After several days of waiting, many calls had to be made before I could speak with a manager as well as a voicemail message with no return call. When I was finally able to speak with the manager, I was told that the deposit would not be made entirely to compensate for the "troubles" caused. Despite the fact that I explained that none of this was given to me at the time of the bank transfer, I was refused return of the full deposit. So I only got 3/4 of my money with nothing on the way. I was very disappointed with the services I received and never got an explanation of the "troubles" named during my phone conversation as I was left unanswered to this day.

Poor customer service. I would not recommend. To respond to your comment, when I called I inquired about the sale of my vehicle (call dated the day I left this comment). The person I spoke to answered dryly then hung up on me for no reason and without giving me time to answer. So I find the customer service poor. Cordially.

Although I left without what I wanted, because not easy to find, I greatly appreciated the service and courtesy of the staff which is not the case in many cases, especially when you are a woman.
