I drove to Quebec City from Ottawa to pick up a vehicle. Bruno and Marilyn made the transaction go very smoothly and I was on my way home within an hour. Bought a CPO E class, looks and drives like brand new. Thanks guys

Very bad experience, from start to finish. In order to lower the monthly payments, the seller added a higher initial payment at the very end of the buying process. At the end of my rent, they charged me for a front bumper repaint (no real chips, just living 3 years in Quebec City with 45000km), a wheel repair and dents to be repaired as well. They basically want to bring the car back to its original state, pushing normal wear and tear to excess wear and tear and charging more than 1800$ to the customer. We don’t live in Florida, winter is rough and we pay to use the car everyday. Note that I paid for 80000km, so these wear and tears are very questionnable in this context. Would not recommend buying Mercedes nor this location.
