I have never been so disappointed. I take a person at their word, which apparently is worth nothing.
I had contacted this dealership 3 times over the span of a week and had my dealership arrange to have this car sent to me in Nova Scotia. I told them I wanted it, my dealership here told them the same.
"Oh, I never got the email" and sold the car out from under me.

New dealership with dedicated staff attentive to customer needs. Client with specific financial circumstances and multiple options offered by Ms. Barrette to the finance department who knew by all means possible to obtain financing for us at very reasonable interest rates with hard work. Mr. Robitaille in used vehicle sales who also showed courtesy and professionalism by remaining attentive to customer needs. The members of management were also present and open-minded at all times.
