Bought my RV, salesman was Norman, and I had a fantastic experience. I was worried that I was going to have a hard time at the USA border, but VR St Nicholas did everything great. Definitely going back

1 star is still too much for them! Do not buy from this place! We bought a used 2017 trailer there last July, after TWO sellers assured us that it had not had any water infiltration, that it had been inspected and that it was 'like new' '. What was our surprise to discover 3 weeks later that this trailer had taken on water! 4 feet of rotten floor with mushrooms, we slept in it for 2 weeks with 4 young children including a 1 month old baby before we knew it !!! And to top it all off, they told us afterwards that it was entered in the file that there had been water infiltration. Not only had it not been inspected, but they also knew full well that it could not be sold. These salespeople lied to us in the face! Not a word of apology from them, not even sounding sorry in the slightest! In addition, when signing the contract, the seller tells us that customers are entitled to a 15% discount at all times at the store, and during our first purchase we are told that this is not true and that the salesperson is a liar, it's nonsense!

There is no perfect, flawless RV and often what makes the experience positive is the quality of service from your dealership. VR St-Cyr Quebec has met my expectations each time and continues to do so. It is important to know that you can count on your dealer at all times (even outside the province).
