Sadly, it's over for me with this dealership. Many unpleasant experiences.
I spent 2h30 at the dealership with a baby when you had no courtesy vehicle available and it was only to take 30-40 minutes, while making sure every 15 minutes that it should be almost done until 'to have everyone disappear at lunchtime.
No call back for the potential purchase of a new vehicle, to see which model was on loan at that time.
Getting an appointment takes forever to get it said twice that they can't fix it all at a cost.
In short, disappointing.
