Excellent service
Great staff, excellent experience!
I was on a snowmobile trip in Mont Laurier and my brand new Thundercat (80 miles on it) broke. The speedometer/info center went totally dead. I took it to the Mont Laurier sports. I thought maybe it was a fuse that blew. They took it apart and told me the speedo module was toast, and it wasn't a fuse. They said they couldn't get another speedo module for 2 months. I asked about swapping out one of the modules on a floor model and they said no. They told me I should complete my 800 mile saddlebag tour without gauges or a fuel gauge. When I got the sled back I took a look at the fuse box and found that the "tail light" fuse was blown. I put a new fuse in and voila, speedo is back to normal. While I can appreciate he didn't want to give me a speedo off a sled he wants to sell, I was very unimpressed with the quality of their service department.
