Extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable on their vehicles.
Traded in a jeep wranger for a grand cherokee and was treated very fairly.

Not impressed with the service . Do not bring a key ordered on line to program for your car. If they cannot program it, they will charge you the full price anyway.. does not encourage return business.
Absolutely horrible experience. Dealt with a very pushy salesmen by the name of Francis, i put a deposit for a car that i wasnt entirely comfortable getting and when i said i no longer wished to proceed in purchasing he was arragant with me and became ignorant, rude and disrespectful. The worst car salesman ive encountered. I than tried to speak to a sales manager about getting my deposit back and spent over a week trying to get a hold of someone at the dealership because they drop the call on purpose or transer to an answering machine eachtime. I was told id have to drive out of province to get my money back which would cost more than the deposit itself in gas to do so.
I do not recommend this business to anyone for anything. Im currently in the process of reporting to the CBC and the better business bureau and will pursue this until i have my deposit returned to me.
Have been a happy customer for two years now. Very cozy resting area for customers with mini water bar, fresh fruits, wifi and coffee!
Quick services and ease to book an appointment for maintenance. Funny staff that make you comfortable when you come in the dealership. Kudos to the sell-men Jonathan to be honest, helpful and trustworthy on taking the good decision on the purchase of my Jeep Cherokee. Overall amazing team!
