The beginning service was great, I thought....until the next day when they called me when the financing was approved! They found an error in the sales contract (which they did not provide me with a copy of by the way) of $ 3000.00! This was bringing the monthly payments over my budget, and they thought I was going to continue with the sale! The error was on their part, yes I signed but had no copies of so I couldn't even confirm this error and the sales manager (I wish I had his name) was RUDE to me when I confronted him with HIS error! He told me they will refund my deposit and get out of there! never going there again or recommending this place!

Extremely rude, they give me a call to offer me a vehicle 4000$ over the MSRP and then when I tell them im not interested and that im eyeing the same vehicle with 20,000km less (for 4500$ less), he and I quote "then why are you wasting my time". Maybe they need to drop the aggressive sales tactic and stick with the old Motto that the customer always comes first (before your ego).

Would not buy from this place again, first of we bought a car supposedly accident free only to find an insurance claim in the glovebox. they pushed us into buying the car and promised it would be inspected and all repairs taken care of prior to picking the car up. Of course they never inspected the car so we bought a car with bad brakes, front seat belt not functional, complete hazards. Finally agree to fix the repairs and we pick it up and it's still not fixed properly. We drove over an hour to come to this specific location and it's been nothing but problems. So disappointed and if they do not rectify our issues we will have to take the next necessary steps.
