I bought a hybrid bike here at a reasonable price and received friendly service. I returned a week later for repairs after a minor collision. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and the fee was waived and counted as an in-warranty service call. I found that to be a great way to treat a customer and gain loyalty. I will definitely return for all of my cycling needs.

Very nicely curated selection of mid-level and high performance bikes, super-friendly staff. Opportunity to try out bikes and very reasonable pricing. Overall a great experience shopping for my bike and would definitely come back and recommend to my friends,

Went to the Néron location on Lapinière for a flat rear tire expecting to leave the bike there for a few days. Their tech took it in right away and had the job done in 5 minutes! Excellent service and personnel...I will be giving them my business!
