The car was dirtier when I got it back than when I left it. This at a luxury car dealer!
This is for service department. I moved to here from Ontario and services my car for 3 times so far. I NEVER got car wash for services as they described. I asked the advisor (a lady) every-time and she said “there s 2 hour waiting for car wash”. This time, I wanna get it a try, so I told them go ahead and keep tracking on my bmw app. Guess what? The car finished is less than 15 minutes. Maybe for them, lying to customer is more earlier than get the job done.
Honest, upfront, professional and pleasant. I have only good things to say about Park Avenue BMW. I shopped around at several luxury dealerships including another BMW dealership and found that the service and approach was the best. If you can, see Sylvain B. He's the man! He helped me with everything and made sure all the details were taken care of.
Wondering if this dealer is known to play with car mileage? I had issues with a certified car I bought in 2016. Problems were described as being ones of a much older/more mileage car.
Over the weekend I met a complete stranger through a mutual friend. Funny enough, he's had similar issues with his car, problems that should not happen on such a low mileage car. That's where it gets interesting , they were bought from the same dealer...
