There was a young boy as an agent who was really nice and gentle. Very welcoming and helpful. But the lady in financial department was extremely arrogant and rude. She said that I don't do the credit check for fun and I just work for serious buyers. She supposed that people come to that place in the middle of the nowhere for a joy ride. Seemingly, my majesty do a favor by selling a car to a costumer.That is a kind of clerck you need to make costumers run a way instantly. They have this tricks that ask you to the deposit or do the credit check even before testing the car. In other world, you should buy it then you can try it. you should accept all their conditions and prices and fees. Sometimes they put fake advertisements with awesome prices to attract the clients. But when you reach there.they say it is just sold. Don't fool by these tricks. Almost all the dealers in that boulevard use the same method. Very disgusting. It is a worthy of note that I bought a car at the very same day from somewhere else.

I bought additional protection for my car last summer, when I inquired on the phone about more details, no one knew what I was talking about. I went into the dealership to ask in person, I was again told they did not know what was covered in my plan and that I should call Mazda Protection. When I called Mazda Protection and provided my registration number, they said my car was not under my name... In addition to this, the work ethic is terrible, how does customer service finish up at 3pm on a weekday? And why am I paying for protection that no one can give me details on? Save yourselves the headache, don’t shop here.
