Had the pleasure to have Swaggart (Nicolas) as my sales representative. Helped take me through a 9 month journey from the day I put a deposit for the RAV4 Prime to the day it was delivered. He kept me in touch periodically through out. It was friendly and professional at the same time and most importantly I felt comfortable. There was never a moment I felt pressured.
